Land is already registered in my name. i need the complete design set for my Airbnb villa. Its a approx 27000 sqf area at level 4 (u can check the land plot in the attachment) 4 guest rooms with store , laundary room ,gym steam and sauna rooms along with swimming pool. Spa gym pool should be seperate in the same plot. The design should be in victorian europian stone cottage (model in the attachment), make it 2 floors (May be around 4000sqf).I want open place to be used doe camping ,BBQ and for lansacping, So that guests can relax and rejuvenate Design fee 300-350 usd.
