Design Description:
Need the architectural design with structure drawing for house . 75 x 65feet ( Two side corner , west open ) plot . the building area plan near 500sqm . The site, a two-side corner plot currently being demolished, is intended for a Ground + 1 residence for me. I requires parking for two Vigo vehicles, ideally one behind the other, and prefers design features like a double-height foyer and tall entrance door. The family includes two sons (ages 22 and 21, one of whom plans to settle abroad) and two daughters (one married, one 7 years old). The residence will include two master bedrooms—one on each floor—with walk-in closets and spacious ensuite bathrooms, plus two additional bedrooms with wardrobes and attached washrooms. The drawing and dining areas should accommodate majlis gatherings, with ladies hosted indoors and men on the rooftop or in an outdoor setting. Two servant quarters are needed for a guard (12-hour shifts) and a driver or staff member, sharing a toilet. I wants to explore the option of a self-contained portion with a separate staircase for his son’s future privacy, comprising two bedrooms, a lobby, and a kitchen. My plans to reside on the first floor, which will include the main kitchen, laundry and ironing room, and a maid’s room. The ground floor will have both the main and grease kitchens. Aesthetically, he prefers the modern house complemented by balconies,skylights, and ample natural light.
