Jolly Acres Farm is an 8.05-acre mixed-use agri-tourism attraction located in Bottle Creek, North Caicos. Design area is less than 10,000 sqft, Need master plan and renderings. I can do $500. Perhaps 600.
It’s going to be built in phases but I need the design for the project. It’s a farm, there are only 2 or 3 buildings, It mostly crop and livestock.
The property combines a working Caribbean farm with curated visitor experiences. The overall layout preserves much of the indigenous coppice vegetation, creating a natural, authentic environment with cleared zones arranged for functionality, tourism flow, and future expansion.
Entrance & Welcome Hub
The farm’s main entrance is on the east boundary, accessed from a compacted dirt road. Visitors arrive at the Welcome Hub, a rustic Caribbean-style building that functions as the greeting area, ticketing point, and farm retail shop. This space sells branded merchandise, fresh eggs, honey, flavored jams, pepper jelly, produce, and wellness items. Parking for several vehicles is located nearby.
Dining Pavilion by the Pond
A large open-air dining area sits on the north side of a man-made pond, offering scenic views of the water and crop fields. The dining zone features rustic picnic tables, barrel-style tables, and bench seating arranged under natural trees, with string lights hung between wooden posts for ambiance. A small covered service structure supports food preparation, with the café menu based entirely on farm-grown ingredients.
Crop Production Zone
The central-eastern portion of the farm contains the main crop fields. These include long raised beds, herb beds, and shade-house structures for greens, peppers, okra, and root crops. Mulched pathways allow smooth visitor circulation for guided tours and demonstrations.
Livestock & Petting Area
Southwest of the crops is the livestock zone, designed for both production and visitor interaction. It includes a goat enclosure, chicken coops for layers, a broiler pen, and a dedicated petting area where children can safely interact with selected animals. Small shelters provide shade and animal welfare protection.
Horseback Riding & Trails
A horse stable and a round training pen occupy the northern portion of the site. Guests can join guided horseback rides around the property or along extended trails branching into natural vegetation. A perimeter ATV trail loops around the property, giving visitors an adventure-style experience without disturbing the main farm operations.
Composting & BSF (Black Soldier Fly) Zone
Near the livestock area is a composting and soil regeneration zone featuring windrow compost piles, square compost bays, and a small BSF micro-unit structure for organic waste recycling. This area demonstrates the circular agriculture system used on the farm.
Beekeeping Zone
On the southeast side, a cluster of beehives is arranged in a shaded, protected area away from high-traffic zones. This supports pollination for the crops and produces farm-branded honey for retail.
Staff Housing & Utilities
Two or three modest staff cabins sit near the eastern edge of the farm, positioned away from visitor areas but close enough for operational efficiency.
Trails & Natural Landscape
Visitors explore the farm via walking paths that wind between crop zones, animal areas, and natural pockets of untouched indigenous vegetation. The design maintains a strong Caribbean identity using native trees, coppice thickets, and limestone textures throughout the property.
Overall Character
Jolly Acres is designed as a balanced blend of working agriculture and visitor experience: natural, authentic, educational, family-friendly, and visually memorable.
