Using

Used for protecting the surface of marine, port, railway facilities, offshore oil production platform,

highway bridge, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, iron and steel equipment, containers, pipelines,

wood and concrete , plant structure, so that it from the atmosphere, water, acid, salt, oil, chemical

gas and other corrosive media.

Surface treatment:

Steel blasting quality to reach the Sa2.5 level or grinding wheel grinding rust to grade ST3, Shop

Auxiliary paint :

High chlorinated polyethylene anticorrosive primer, intermediate high chlorinated polyethylene

micaceousiron oxide, chlorinated polyethylene anticorrosive paint.

Construction condition:

The temperature of the base floor is not less than 0℃, at least 3℃ than air dew point temperature,

the relativehumidity must less than 85% (should be measured near the base material) ,  rain, wind

and rain is strictly prohibited

Construction method:

Spraying: non air spraying or air spraying. Recommended use the high pressure non gas spraying.

Brush / roll coating: must achieve the specified dry film thickness.
