Surface treatment:

All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry and free of contamination. Before painting, all surfaces

should be root iso8504:2000 standards for the assessment and treatment.

Construction condition:

The temperature of the base material is not less than 0℃, at least 3℃ than the air dew point temperature.

Relative humidity less than 85%, Fog, rain, snow, wind and rain is strictly prohibited under construction.

Construction method:

Spraying: non air spraying or air spraying. High pressure non gas spraying.

Brush / roll coating: recommended for a small area,  but must be in order to achieve specified dry film

thickness.
