Cleaning
In all carpets we offer as Apex, the most important point is that the product can be cleaned easily and quickly. You can keep your carpet for many years by paying attention to the following matters in the care and cleaning of your case.
1. Read the maintenance instructions on the carpet label.
2. The yarn structure and texture shape of each carpet is different. Hence, it is similar but different in every carpet.
3. Do not use bleach like decolorizer when washing your rugs.
4. After washing, it should be dried and not exposed to direct sunlight.
5. Expose your carpet to freshly wiped wet floors after waiting for the floor to dry.
6. For professional hand woven carpets, please prefer professional carpet cleaning.
Warranty
1. Your carpet has 2 (two) year warranty against defects in production and workmanship.
2. Using bleach (decolorizer) and harmful chemicals in your product will cause your product to be out of warranty.
