Steel Soundproof and Fireproof Door

It uses custom-made high-density perlite fireproof boards and is filled with multi-layer composite fireproof and sound-insulating materials, providing both sound insulation and fireproofing functions. The door frame and door leaf adopt a new process for sound limitation structure, which can withstand high temperatures and pneumatic loads. It has a reliable seal and opens smoothly.

The outer surface of the sound-insulating and fireproof door is made of high-quality galvanized steel sheets, which can be treated with powder coating or fluorosulfonic paint (the color can be chosen by the customer). The door frame is equipped with double seals (sound-insulating strips and smoke-proof strips), which can meet the sound insulation requirement of up to 40 decibels, thus achieving both fireproof and sound-insulating effects.
